Our program will host a virtual open house for interested applicants on Monday, Sept 21, 2026, at 6:30 pm EST. Dermatology residents, the Program Director, Dr. Alan Fleischer, and the Associate Program Director, Dr. Katherine Baquerizo Nole, will be participating. It will be an opportunity to learn more about our program, our residents and faculty, and life in Cincinnati. Applicants are welcome to submit questions/topics of interest in advance to the program coordinator at joan.griggs@uc.edu.

The University of Cincinnati Department of Dermatology will offer three PGY2 residency positions through the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) for the training year beginning July 1, 2028. All applications should be submitted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Applications received outside of ERAS will not be accepted.
An application will be considered complete when all required documents are uploaded into ERAS.

The deadline for receipt of all application documents in ERAS is October 14, 2026. Applications that are not complete by this date will not be considered. Review of complete applications will begin in early October. All applicants are notified following review of the complete application.
Interviews will be in person and are by invitation only. Interview dates are Thursdays, Dec 3, 2026, Dec 10, 2026, and Jan 14, 2027. We anticipate sending invitations in two rounds in early-mid November, 2026 and late November-early Dec, 2026.
