The Office of Faculty Affairs & Development have created new development programming for our faculty in the areas of professional development, research development, teaching and education development, and wellness. Description: Habits are things we do every day, often without realizing we’re doing them. This session will help you to walk through simple steps to understand how to break less healthy habits and create new habits that will help you live your best life

  1. Identify well-being related intentions, aspirations and habits for the last 90 days of the year
  2. Determine actions best suited for you and your goals and challenges
  3. Share resources related to wellness goal setting
