Our Learning Community's service learning project aims to improve the quality of care and community support available to those at risk for or living with HIV who have been incarcerated. We are advocating for appropriate counseling for HIV testing, referral to treatment services after release from incarceration, and an increase in funding for the Hamilton County HIV Community Linkage Coordination program
