Social Determinant of Health FocusOur project focused on the role that health literacy plays in the acquisition of flu vaccines by patients seen at Crossroad Health Center. We examined specific concerns and barriers patients may experience, with the goal of increasing the number of patients that choose to receive flu vaccines each year.
