Food insecurity is a consistent problem facing the patients of Crossroad Health Center (CHC) and the Over-the-Rhine community, especially when it comes to healthy food. Providers at CHC recommend dietary modification as part of a preventative approach but find that patients face barriers to obtaining healthy foods and fresh produce.
