The Office of the Registrar at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine supports students from acceptance through graduation and beyond. We are committed to maintaining accurate academic records, ensuring compliance with FERPA regulations, and facilitating key processes throughout your medical education.

Our services include:

• Course Registration and Scheduling - Managing student enrollment and academic calendars
• Student Records & Compliance - Maintaining records in accordance with FERPA
• Residency Application Support - Manageing MSPE and transcript uploads, certifiying documents, and assisting with application services for the Match
• USMLE & NRMP Verification - Certifying student progress for licensing and residency matching
• Graduation & Degree Audits - Ensuring students meet all requirements for graduation
• Degree Verification & Licensing - Assisting current students, graduates, and alumni with credentialing

Our office continues to assist alumni, many of whom stay connected by mentoring students, sharing their experiences, and supporting future physicians.
